Marquette – As part of the World War I Remembered film series, “Legends of the Fall” will be shown on Monday, April 10 at 6:30 p.m. in the Community Room of the Peter White Public Library.

Released in 1994, this romantic drama tells the story of three Montana brothers who fight in World War I. Devastated by the war, two of the brothers return home only to be torn apart by love. Rated R, this film runs for 2 hours, 13 minutes. Feel free to bring your own dinner and enjoy the movie in a dinner theater setting.

Laurium – The Diabetes PATH (Personal Action Towards Health) workshop, a six week class, will meet on Mondays beginning on April 10 from 5:30 to 8 p.m. at Aspirus Keeweenaw Hospital in Laurium.

The workshop helps people living with daily challenges of diabetes, learn skills and tools needed to improve their health and manage their symptoms. Subjects covered include: symptoms of diabetes, stress, managing fatigue and emotional problems, exercise, healthy eating, medications, and working with health care providers.
