Eagle Harbor Art Fair – August 12

Eagle Harbor, MI – It has been over 50 years that the CCAA is hosting the fair, and it will continue to be as spectacular as ever. There will be over 60 artist vendors, selling their wares; photography, pottery, jewelry, painting, woodworking…just about anything you can think of. Goodies to eat are provided by the Eagle Harbor Township to raise money for various projects. There are several lovely hotels in the area, a swimming beach and restaurants can be found in Eagle Harbor as well as a few miles up or down the road in Eagle River or Copper Harbor. Basketry Petals and Stars – August 18

Ontonagon, MI – Form a lovely white pine bark petal basket stitched and rimmed with split spruce root. You will also weave two Scandinavian birch bark stars. Cost of class is $85.00. This class is a basketry deal! Each student will take home three pieces of basketry art.
