Marquette – In celebration of May as Mental Health month, a noontime drop-in informational session on Relaxation and Stress Reduction will be offered on Tuesday, May 6 at noon in the Community Room of the Peter White Public Library.
Stress is unavoidable, but it can be managed and controlled. Learn the difference between good stress and bad stress and learn techniques to reduce or manage the stress in your life.
