Marquette – Michael Shuman, author of “The Small-Mart Revolution” will be at Northern Michigan University on Tuesday, February 23, signing books at 6:30 p.m. and giving a presentation at 7 p.m. in the University Center Great Lakes Room.
Shuman will speak on the dramatic impact small business has on local and global economy, and how local businesses across the country are beating global competition. The presentation also will offer practical ideas for creating and maintaining a vibrant, successful and locally-owned business system that could revolutionize the economy of the Upper Peninsula.
