“Iron Ore and the Civil War” Aug. 13 & 14

August 13 and 14 – The Michigan Iron Industry Museum presents “Iron Ore and the Civil War,” Civil War artillery encampment featuring military and civilian camp life; cannon and small arms demonstrations; cooking demonstrations; dramatic portrayals of Abraham and Mary Todd Lincoln; phrenology demonstrations; speakers&#39 children&#39s games and activities; and period music by “Homegrown Strings”.
