Local Marketing Women Team Up to Lead Senior Living Community

Marquette, MI – Brookridge Heights Assisted Living and Memory Care has some new faces leading their community relations efforts. Jennifer Huetter and Lindsay Hemmila have joined together to serve the families and
residents of Brookridge Heights as well as work with new families to join the senior living community.

Huetter, who has worked for Brookridge Heights for 4 years as the sales and marketing director, was promoted in November 2018 to serve as the Executive Director of the organization. Huetter hired Hemmila to replace her as the sales and marketing director in February 2019.

Huetter is a long-time resident of the Marquette area and has 20 years of marketing and public relations experience. Prior to joining Brookridge Heights, Huetter was the District Manager of Public Affairs for Cleveland-Cliffs and the Assistant Director of Creative Services for WLUC-TV6. She is an active member of Marquette Breakfast Rotary.

“We’ve had some exciting and new changes happening here at Brookridge,” said Huetter, executive director of Brookridge Heights. “Lindsay brings a wide range of experience along with a great sense of enthusiasm. I’m excited to have her as part of our Brookridge family and I’m anxious to see the new approach she will bring to our sales and marketing efforts.”

Hemmila joins Brookridge Heights with over 15 years of experience in marketing, public relations and community outreach. Prior to joining Brookridge Heights, Hemmila was the Manager of Community Services for UP Home Health and Hospice in Marquette and Ishpeming and was the Director of Public Relations and Marketing for the Lake Superior Community Partnership.”

“I am so thrilled join the Brookridge Team and have the opportunity to work with Jennifer Huetter. My entire career has been spent in the marketing, communications and public relations field and I look forward to continuing to foster the professional relationships I have made over the years, while also making new ones. I look forward to serving the Brookridge community with compassion and dignity while providing exceptional care to our residents.”

In addition to a new executive director and a sales and marketing director, there have also been changes in the management team.
